Peter Hansen

Co-owner

Peter Hansen brings over two decades of hospitality expertise from New York City and Los Angeles to his role as a leader at Sparrow. With a proven track record in business growth, problem-solving, and employee retention, Peter has managed the opening of numerous bars, restaurants, and hotels. His experience includes collaboration with renowned groups such as Benchmarc Restaurants by Marc Murphy, The Related Companies, Viceroy Hotels, Gerber Group, Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa, SBE, Butter Group, Journal Hotels, Mondrian Park Avenue, The Hollywood Roosevelt, and Mozza Group.

Now, Peter applies his hospitality knowledge to managing Sparrow's clients' homes with the same precision and care he would offer to high-end hotels and restaurants. Many of these residences feature commercial-grade equipment and cutting-edge technology, which Peter's proactive maintenance and management approach expertly oversees. His dedication allows homeowners to relax and enjoy their luxurious retreats without the stress of daily operations.

Kristin Hansen

Co-owner

Kristin Hansen has had a successful career in the hospitality industry for over 20 years. She has worked in bars, restaurants, hotels, and nightlife venues across Southern California and New York City. Although she pursued a career in TV editing, her true passion has always been in the hospitality sector.

After spending two decades in New York City, Kristin has returned to Southern California, where she is excited to provide homeowners with exceptional services and create a productive workforce that values and appreciates its employees.

Brian Sachau

Co-owner

Brian Sachau boasts a 30-year career in the airline industry, with extensive experience as an international pilot.

Additionally, Brian has been serving the hospitality industry with his company, Buster Biofuels, which he co-founded in 2010. Buster Biofuels works with a network of 1000 restaurants and facilities in Los Angeles and San Diego and is one of California’s largest collectors of recycled fats, oils, and greases converting them into millions of gallons of biodiesel annually.

As a partner at Sparrow Estate Management, Brian is thrilled to work alongside his sister and brother-in-law, providing exceptional services to luxury homeowners in his home state. He brings his expertise in business growth and management to continually inspire the team and enrich them with knowledge about community engagement and business growth.

Jessica Schupack

Marketing & Operations

With 20+ years of driving growth for top restaurant groups, celebrity chefs, and consumer brands, Jessica is a versatile and results-driven expert. She leverages her 360-degree approach to deliver comprehensive solutions across operations, marketing, and hospitality, expertly navigating the entire project lifecycle. Now, she applies her expertise to high net-worth home management, crafting tailored experiences and exceptional service for discerning luxury residential clients.

Jonna Gerlich

Director of Business Growth

With over two decades of experience in luxury hospitality operations, sales, and event production, Jonna has had the privilege of working alongside top celebrity chefs, Michelin-starred restaurateurs, and leading hotel operators. Now heading business development for the Sparrow team, Jonna leverages her diverse and resourceful hospitality background, combined with a client-first mentality, to ensure exceptional and elevated service for all of Sparrow's luxury homeowners.

With over 20 years of expertise in film and television props and set decoration, Dustin now leverages his exceptional problem-solving skills to deliver bespoke solutions for luxury homeowners throughout Los Angeles.
